Golden Ball Tavern

We are situated at the top of the Glenamuck Rd between Stepaside and Kilternan and only 5 minutes drive from Junction 15 of the M50.

We are open 7 days a week and serve food daily.

We have free car parking.

We have the only snooker hall in the area with 6 full sized tables.

The main bar is a warm welcoming area with natural wooden floors which give a great acoustic sound to our live bands playing at night.

Every venue has a unique selling point and the Golden Ball certainly has one of those - with the only snooker hall in the entire area, pop in for an evenings snooker, a bite to eat and a few drinks.

News

Summer is going well on the mountain as always - Kilternan has the Farmers market on Saturday's and Stepaside has The Box Tree restaurant, going higher there is of course golfing and the world famous Johnnie Fox's Pub in Glencullen.

We are looking to the powers that be for a new walkway system for those avid hillwalkers also - we will keep you posted.

For a bit of fun don't forget to drop up to mountains equestrian centre for all ages and levels - The Paddocks just around the corner from the famous Blue Light pub.
